Hayden Morrissey
Another of the key witnesses in this case is Hayden Morrissey. He and his girlfriend Sarah Dyer were the only other passengers in the Naiad when watertaxi driver Guy Wallace dropped off Ben and Olivia at the "mystery ketch" with the "mystery man". Hayden gave no real description of the "mystery man" other than to say that he had long hair but his description of the "mystery ketch" was so similar to the one given by Wallace that there could be no mistake about the type of boat they were dropped off at.
In March 1998 police reconstructed the watertaxi trip by taking Morrissey to several different yachts in a Naiad and recording his comments.
